- Rebecca Baker is the sister of Jim Utley, for whom the foundation was named. She is the founder and has over two decades of experience in marketing, including all areas of advertising and public relations.

- Kathy Utley is the mother of Jim Utley, for whom the foundation was named. She has dedicated her life to her family and its causes, including the Jim Utley Foundation. She helped start the funding for the organization.
Bob Sambol: bobsteak@swbell.net
- Bob Sambol believes in the value of community and service. Bob was formally President of Jonathan’s Place, a safe haven for abused and neglected children in the North Texas area. He helped that organization raise money and awareness for several years before joining The Jim Utley Foundation. He started Bob's Steak & Chop House restaurants and is a third generation restauranter.

- Linda Mulchin, R.N. is a longtime family friend of the Utley family. She brings her knowledge as a medical professional to the foundation. Organized and smart, Linda helps the foundation stay focused on its goals and main purpose.

• Dr. Laura Scalfano has spent over two decades caring for adolescents. Her current practice at Windhaven Adolescent Medicine helps those ages 11-25 transition safely into adulthood.WAM is located in Plano Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Scalfano is listed in D-Magazine's Top Doctors issue.
• Colleen Affeldt comes to the JUF with experience in business and philanthropy. She has worked on projects for organizations such as Children's Cancer Fund, Scottish Rite Hospital and Habitat for Humanity. (see full bio below)
